I found a site to see here updated 25 June 2006 concerning minorities. It puts forward a research team funded by the European Union and conducts research at the University of Poitiers. These researchers are conducting a study "of community media, in a comparative and multidisciplinary perspective. "
This research MINORITYMEDIA s'axe esssentiellement" from 9 European countries that are both traditional immigration countries, countries of recent immigration and the host of large national minorities: Germany, Spain, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Turkey. " 
As I understand this research would be:" to make a study on the media of print, radio and audio created by and for people of immigrant background and, or groups minorized minority, and disseminated through various media including the Internet.
This article suggests that at present, minorities make use of the predominant issues of socio-political debate and democratic Europe. Now, the countries of immigration must against various mobilizations and cultural or religious group increasingly demanding from them.
This research should establish the status of minorities to various forms of discrimination. Would they have access to all media? minorities rally they and are they represented in the European space?
