Coolest Scooter Wheels

Tours

As I mentioned in my post on December 23, budgets primitive Tours and more tours have been voted before the truce confectioners. Now back to

Budget Tours .

The first element, but not least, for the gradual reduction of the debt without raising taxes and that, despite a decline in state financial assistance .

For the City, the financial loss of revenue from state financial assistance is estimated at 0.85 million € or 1.9% between 2010 and notified the estimate 2011. Knowing that this post revenue represents about 25% of our current operating resources, the decline will necessarily burdening our budgetary leeway.

The Budget 2011

The tax freeze in this time of economic crisis is good news for the people of Tours, including those who face increasing financial difficulties.

In 2011, the debt will be marked by a decline in the stock of 2.4 M € , translation of a borrowing limit of € 8.5 million for a capital repayment of € 10.9 million.
All constraints presented above shows that the 2011 budget year must find the optimal efficiency in order to continue to develop solidarity, to invest in equipment for the future and move towards sustainable development and post-carbon City.

Under Solidarity : The CCAS will increase its allocation of € 0.1 million original 2011 budget to an amount of € 5M. In a context where we see the economic crisis weakens more and more households, this action to the CCAS shows the attention that the City is to solidarity. Support for the construction of social housing will be maintained in 2011, consistent with Tour (s) more. This commitment is particularly important that the State provides a significant reduction in aid to the stone (-150M € in 2011) and setting up a collection of € 340M on housing bodies.

Despite the financial context, financial support to associations (21.4 M €) will not be reduced in 2011 .

Expenditure on investments € 28.1 million of which almost 50% are self-financing (cash flow of € 19.6 million) , is an imperative for our city, especially for travel clean and soft, for sustainable development that is shaping the future, to develop high quality facilities for the maintenance of activity Economic and make our city even more welcoming and supportive.

There are nearly 50 million € will be invested by the city of Tours which decompose to € 28.1 million for the city of Tours, € 12.5 million for Tour ( s) plus 1.9 M € for Sitcat (off Tram) and adding € 6.8 million recorded in the water budget.

To achieve this budget, it is imperative to control our operating expenses by careful management and modernization of our organization. As can be seen in the chart below, the operating expenditure forecast for the City in 2011 were € 193.75 million.
