Find The Hazard Worksheets

Cold, snow and without heat ...

Well, it's cold and snow can fall in December?

Perhaps the remark that can be done by watching the news almost entirely devoted to a weather event that has nothing surprising in this season.

The reports on the state roads, the hell to walk, blocking airports invade our screens demonstrating that we live in a society that nothing should slow down and where any unforeseen event should be banned.

Comments journalistic and groans profile show that we really forgotten that man is not the maker of everything and that nature also has its say.

Meanwhile, in silence, 13% of French families experiencing fuel poverty, which requires them to reduce the heating or not to keep warm at all.

are considered fuel poor households that are forced to devote at least 10% of their income on energy for their homes.

As recalled a February 2010 report prepared as part of the Grenelle Environment, energy insecurity resulting from the combination of three factors:

  1. financial vulnerability of low income families
  2. the poor thermal Housing
  3. rising cost of energy, including electricity and gas.
These three elements combined form a downward spiral (the outstanding indebtedness progressive ...) which imposes restrictions initially until the family has to close its heating.

Hence the importance of taking this problem head on by allowing, as it is put in place in the city of Tours as part of the local Energy Agency, an analysis of power quality housing and a plan to improve habitat built to insulate homes and provide them with efficient heating equipment.

If welfare can provide timely support, the only way to provide effective assistance to families and sustainable it is to reduce energy costs by consuming less to service rendered constant.
